How much does shipping cost?
Most orders over ship for a flat rate across Australia (regular post or express post). This excludes heavy/bulky items and some regional/remote locations which you can see on the shipping quote section of each product page.
Can you ship Express?
RideTSG AU offers Express Shipping via the Australia Post eParcel network at competitive prices. Use the shipping calculator on a specific product to see the rate or select Express Shipping at checkout to get a shipping cost for the entire order.
Shipping Express eParcel means that we will ship your order out same-day (or the next day, if ordered after 2 pm). Your parcel should be received next day as long as you are in the National Next-Day Network. Please note that it does not mean guaranteed next-day delivery (the next-day guarantee from Australia Post does not apply to eParcel) but your parcel is prioritised by Australia Post.
Can you ship to P.O Boxes?
Yes, in most cases.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you select.
If your order is time critical, or you are in a remote area, we do have very competitive Express Post shipping options. To see an estimate on how long a package will take to arrive, please go to the website for the relevant freight provider (see below) and enter 4172 as the origin postcode.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has been sent?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses after an order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to change a shipping address and we can try our best to accommodate.
Items damaged during shipping/transit.
If you have received a damaged item/s please take photos and contact us immediately at info@supersports.net.au
Do you ship internationally?
RideTSG Australia offers international shipping to New Zealand and you can shop in NZ Currency. Quotes can be obtained on each product page or on your cart as a total.
The majority of NZ orders will be shipped via the Australia Post Network. Please refer to your local shipping guidelines or contact us at info@supersports.net.au
Please note: Customers with shipping addresses outside of Australia are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
